BOWIEFEST

June 7, 2008 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. PGLT will be manning a booth for the Bowie Playhouse, along with members from our sister companies. This is an effort to publicize our organization(s) and attract attention to the Bowie Playhouse. BOARD ELECTIONS

PGLT’s Bylaws require new officers to be elected every year during a General Membership Meeting which is, traditionally, held in June. All board members serve two year terms. Board positions are open to any dues paying member of the organization.

Each year, an alternating number of positions must be filled. This year, the following positions will become available:

Administrative Vice President
Treasurer
Recording Secretary
Member-at-Large

Nominations are now being accepted. If interested in running, or should you wish to nominate someone else for a position, please contact Roy Peterson.

Participation on the Board of Directors is an important and influential role in any organization. The current PGLT Board strongly encourages members, both new and not so new, to take an active role in the life of this organization.

PRE-PAINT

Membership Dues

PGLT members are required to pay annual membership fees which come due on July 1st. Membership runs for one year, from July 1st through June 30th, and dues are $15.00. Please make checks payable to PGLT and mail them to PGLT [6016 Princess Garden Parkway, New Carrollton, MD 20784].
